We’ll kick off the evening at Forequarter restaurant, and will progress across the street to The Apartment Project where you’ll continue to dine, drink and explore gallery spaces in small groups as you learn and collaborate with local artists, chefs, farmers and brewers along the way, and the best part? One gallery space is a blank slate. We’re asking guests to lend their creativity and ideas to a first-of-its-kind community art installation that celebrates locally grown food. A custom art piece will be commissioned from the ideas generated over the course of the evening and proceeds will be donated to Fair Share CSA, an organization dedicated to improving quality and accessibility of CSA shares in the region.

Each exhibit will be paired with a local dish from Underground Food Collective and one of Goose Island's innovative beers. Ticket cost includes the progressive tasting, beer, and a screen print created specifically for this event.

About Goose Island Migration Week:

Each year Goose Island visits cities across the globe to celebrate community, creativity and innovation.  With their help we were able to kickstart a collaboration about local food and art right here in Madison. Cheers to that.
